1. Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that all the seeds we offer have been carefully inspected and meet the highest quality standards. If you receive defective seeds or seeds that do not match the description, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will replace them or refund 40% of the paid amount.
   

2. Germination Guarantee: Germination rates vary from one type to another depending on the nature of the seeds and planting conditions. We guarantee that our seeds are viable for germination if the attached planting instructions are followed precisely. In case satisfactory results are not achieved, please contact us for assistance according to the following conditions:

   • The customer must follow the attached instructions precisely.
   • The customer must provide proof of following the instructions, such as photos or videos of the planting process

3. Return and Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the seeds or if you encounter any other problem, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund the amount paid or replace the seeds with a new product.
   

4. Providing Clear Planting Instructions: we provide detailed planting instructions with every seed packet to ensure the best results. Please follow these instructions; if you have any inquiries, you can contact our support team for the necessary assistance.

Important Note:

Seeds are living organisms and can be affected by several external factors such as soil type, amount of water, temperature, and light levels. Any error in care or environmental conditions may affect the germination rate and growth of the seeds. We emphasize the importance of following the instructions precisely and providing the appropriate environment to ensure successful planting.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

• This guarantee applies only to seeds purchased directly from Plantify.
• In the case of grass seeds, a photo of the test germination pot shown in the video must be sent to measure seed quality.
• Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided when requesting the guarantee.
• The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or environmental conditions beyond control (such as natural disasters).
• The guarantee is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser only.
