Shipping within the Arab Republic of Egypt only:
We currently ship to all areas across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Delivery time:

• Orders are delivered within (3–7) business days depending on the city:
  • Greater Cairo: within 3 business days.
  • Lower Egypt governorates: within 5 business days.
  • Upper Egypt governorates: within 7 business days.

Note: Orders received on Thursday evening or on Friday are shipped on Saturday as the first business day.

Shipment tracking:
As soon as our operations team receives your order, you’ll receive an email with your purchase order number and shipment number. You can track your shipment through our website.

Shipping cost:

Within Greater Cairo (up to 50 km from the capital):

• Orders worth less than EGP 200: shipping cost EGP 60.
• Orders worth EGP 201 to EGP 499: shipping cost EGP 25.
• Orders worth more than EGP 500: free shipping.

To the following governorates:

Alexandria, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Ismailia, Qalyubia, Kafr El Sheikh, Monufia, Port Said, Sharqia, Suez, Assiut, Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, Sohag, Cairo and Giza suburbs.

• Orders worth less than EGP 200: shipping cost EGP 100.
• Orders worth EGP 201 to EGP 699: shipping cost EGP 90.
• Orders worth more than EGP 700: free shipping.

To the following governorates:

Red Sea, Qena, Luxor, Matrouh, Aswan, South Sinai.

• Orders worth less than EGP 200: shipping cost EGP 120.
• Orders worth EGP 201 to EGP 799: shipping cost EGP 100.
• Orders worth more than EGP 800: free shipping.
