Cases for Return/Exchange with a fixed 60 EGP fee:

  • Customer’s desire to return without a defect (e.g., no longer needs the product, the product doesn’t meet current needs).

  • Found the product at a lower price elsewhere.

  • The product does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.
  • 💰 The cost of return or exchange in these cases is 60 EGP.
